When should I replace my wheatbag?

We all love our wheatbag, this is a given fact, however the question I have been asked numerous times over the last week or two is "When should I replace my wheatbag?" Well here are some of the most common tips i can give you to determine when it is time to replace your best mate. ✖️Your wheatbag smells horrible, like burnt popcorn (yuk) - The reason it smells burnt is that the little wheat grains have burnt due to dehydration. ✖️The heat isn't lasting that long - Again this is to do with the dehydration of the wheat. It is no longer in its optimal condition and needs to be replaced. ✖️If there is discoloration or burn marks - This brings a risk of a fire but also burns to yourself (ouch). It is imperative that you replace your wheatbag immediately if this occurs. ✖️The Integrity of the material in no longer intact - This brings a risk of burns to yourself. Hello! How are you? I'm so glad that you have decided to check out my blog. If you haven’t used a wheat bag before then hold on because you’re about to meet your new best mate. Really. That’s what I get told by people at markets and online all the time –   “I love my wheat bag it’s like my new best mate!” This is my first blog post and I wanted to give you a little overview about how Hello Wheatbags came about. My name is Rebecca, I am a qualified myotherapist and this is where I first discovered how good wheat bags are for tight sore muscles. I definitely used one after a hard day ironing out other people’s kinks all day! I wanted to sell some in my clinic because I knew how much they would benefit my clients. However there came the problem., I could never find one that was either long enough or heavy enough and let's not talk about the ugly corduroy ones!
